Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy is part of our Store Policy and should therefore be read alongside it.
​Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?​
In-Store Pickup
​In-store pickup is available for all purchases on the Isle of Man. Pickups are available Monday-Saturday from 10AM to 4PM, except Bank Holidays. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.
​
Thie dy Vae Pickup
​Thie dy Vae pickup is available for all purchases on the Isle of Man. Pickups are available Monday-Friday from 9.30AM to 5PM. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.
​
Shipping
​We offer various shipping options. All of our deliveries are managed by a third-party currier who will be responsible for delivering your purchase.
​

*Shipping time is estimated from day of shipping, which may differ from day of ordering.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only. For deliveries in the UK and the Channel Islands, please be aware that strong weather may cause delays due to instilled flights and ferries.

​Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery. For more information please refer to our Store Policy.
​For orders over £100.00 we offer free Standard tracked shipping. We charge a handling fee of £2.50 on all orders. Once your parcel has been packed and is ready for collection, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
​
Should the items not be in store at the time of purchase, we will let you know and provide you with options and revised delivery times. Depending on the urgency of your order, there may be an increased handling fee. Please see our Store Policy for our regular order dates and re-stocking time, as these may affect your estimated delivery date.

DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?
​We ship to the Isle of Man, the UK, and the Channel Islands only.
​
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
​Orders are currently only processed on Fridays.
​
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
​If delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, gift voucher, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition, with all labels attached. We do not accept returns of donated or second-hand books.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to confirm the item for return. After the item has been confirmed, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and confirmation of return, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we can't issue a refund unless we receive the item.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • consumables;
  • candles;
  • items with visible wear and tear;
  • donated or second-hand items;
  • ​and sale items.
